Chef Larsen is a graduate of the prestigious Royal Culinary Academy of Copenhagen, Denmark. Most recently, he held the esteemed positions of Executive Chef at The Goodwin, which he opened and Artisanal (both in Manhattan). Before that, he was Chef at Town (also in Manhattan) and Nobu Las Vegas. His experience is with restaurants of a serious notable caliber.
